William Hogan has over 30 years’ experience in the areas of development, financing and strategic planning for startup and growth level companies. Mr. Hogan has held several senior management positions at the Chairman, CEO and President levels for several companies. His public company experience includes senior officer/director positions in diverse industries. Mr. Hogan’s corporate structure skills with private and public companies include several successful transactions by acquisition, RTO and JVs.

After obtaining his CA designation and completion of the CICA In-Dept Tax Course, Michael assumed the role of Canadian Tax Manager for Michelin Tires Canada Ltd. Thereafter, he became Vice President, Finance for a regional residential/commercial real estate development company before returning to public accounting practice. Michael is President and Director of EDC Tax Services Inc. Michael specializes in insurance and exempt market investment products and is currently a director of several private companies, including Pinnacle Wealth Brokers Ltd.
